About Us
Abtech Precision Engineering Ltd has been established for over 30 years, specialising in CNC turning and CNC milling of 3 axis, 4 axis and 5 axis precision components.
We offer a comprehensive engineering service from prototype work through to volume production.
Electronic data can be interpreted and interrogated in many formats including edgecam. Continuous investment in equipment and systems ensure our ability to meet the increasing demands for diversity in machining capabilities.
We specialise in precision machined parts for many industries including:
- Aircraft industry, including parts for galleys, seats, tables and turn catch assemblies
- Surveillance equipment
- Pneumatic / hydraulic switching systems
- Signage
- Seismic measuring equipment
- Ministry of Defence
We also manufacture and build small assemblies, exporting to Germany, France, Tunisia and the USA.
We have the capability to inspect all parts manufactured to customer supplied modelling files using the latest CMM technology. We can also provide full FAIR support to AS9102 rev B, the aviation standard.
We are able to offer a high level of expertise and pride ourselves on our quality and level of commitment to our customers. Staff are provided with ongoing training, both in house and at training centres, to enable us to maintain this commitment.
We also work closely with the local technology college and their apprentice program, helping support young enthusiastic engineers as they come through the education process.
